* All psychotherapy sessions are subject to 13% HST.
Therapy sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and typically last 50 minutes.

Payment is required to book your sessions and can be paid using e-transfer, visa, or MasterCard. You will receive a receipt at that time for your records and tax or insurance purposes.
Should you have to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours' notice. If you do cancel within 24 hours of your session the charge is 50% of the full session fee for the missed appointment.

We cannot bill insurance directly; however, many extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy services. Be sure to speak with your insurance provider to understand your specific plan and your eligibility for coverage with a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
